A sophisticated yet vibrant, centrally located townhouse just 2 mins walk from Brighton Station. Set at the top the prestigious North Lanes, walkable everywhere. Designed for guests who value comfort & quality, this elegant retreat offers refined open-plan living, a secluded courtyard with ultrafast Wi-Fi. The space This 18th century townhouse is newly renovated to a stylish, modern standard equipped with complementary WIFI. As you enter the front door you access a hall area that leads you through to the open plan living / dinning / kitchen area. Here you will find comfortable furniture, including a compact L shaped double sofa bed, smart TV and a modern dining area. The open plan kitchen provides you with essential cooking utensils, cordless kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a 4 slice toaster. There is also a microwave, electric oven with four gas ring hob and a fully integrated fridge (with freezer compartment) and dishwasher. The back door leads to a small decked patio area with table, two chairs and a quant outdoor garden mirror, where you can enjoy an alfresco style supper or your morning coffee. Even just having the back door ajar allowing a breeze to run through the open plan living area on a hot summers day is a lovely touch when relaxing in the cottage. The modern, newly refurbished bathroom has a shower over the bath with a shower screen. The bathroom window opens out onto the private decked patio area. Lovely, fresh towels, vegan friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soak and hand soap (not tested on animals) are provided for you from one of our local eco refill stations. The brand we tend to use is Faith in Nature's Lavender and Geranium range. Upstairs leads you to two good sized double bedrooms that are East and West facing with double glazed sash windows. There are 14 steps between the ground floor and first floor. The front bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a Jay-Be Supreme Airflow Fibre Folding Bed, that are fitted with high quality Egyptian cotton quilts and Silent Night Ultra bounce pillows. The rear bedroom boasts an enormous Super King sized bed and a wall mounted 42 inch Smart TV. There are clothes storage facilities in both rooms to store your belongings. Guest access The entire townhouse is yours for the duration of your booking. This includes access to two bedrooms, bathroom, small courtyard and open plan kitchen, living, dining space. I operate an independent check in and check out option via a key safe lock box system (please note that this is only offered to guests that have fully verified their identity with Airbnb, so please do this before booking). If you have not verified your ID I will need to meet you at the property and confirm full ID (with address) from the lead Booker before releasing any keys. With the key safe lock box option you will be under no pressure at all to arrive or leave at a set time. Check in can be any time after 3pm and check out can be anytime you like before 10am. For safety & security, only the guests named in the booking are permitted to stay. Guest changes or unauthorised visitors are not allowed. Other things to note The lead booker needs to be over 25yrs. If you are under 25yrs of age, please get in touch with me first before booking your stay. Guests must be able to climb stairs as there is a full staircase in the cottage and the bathroom is located downstairs. We strictly do not allow parties or additional guests (that are not on your booking) at the property. Smoking or vaping in the property, INCLUDING the outdoor patio area is prohibited. We kindly insist that guests dye their hair and apply any leave on fake tan before arriving at the cottage. Many thanks
