The space ---Please pay atention: probably end of 2023 is going to start a building side in the near neigborhood. So there will be building noise during the day (probably from 8am to 5 pm). For your comfortability the apartment is equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning. As there is also central heating you can enjoy a pleasant stay also during the winter months. Guest access In addition to your private terrace and balcony you can access the communal roof terrace to enjoy the sea view.
