This modern residence is Near New, with the construction completed in 2020. A booking at this property will have you within easy access to just about anywhere in Adelaide! The space This place is one street away from our other property - Divine on Dudley, which has the same design and layout. Casa Kosma has a gorgeous lush backyard, with an abundance of greenery, and an alfresco dining area where you can enjoy an outdoor meal, or enjoy any afternoon with that north facing backyard. The kitchen is any chef's dream - A fully equipped kitchen with a large 6 burner stove and oven and convenient 'butler's pantry' that houses your essential appliances, including your nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The home consists of 3 bedrooms +study. 2 living areas. Laundry with a washer/dryer in one. Program the wash and dry cycle, pop your clothes in, go out and come home to dry, clean, clothes. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas. The 2nd living area has a sofa, that will fold out into a futon type bed. it can be used as a 4th sleeping area if need be, but please note that it is not a proper spring bed - suitable as a short temporary sleeping solution only.
