Baffle Creek Fishing Cabin<br><br><br><br>

This is a water front property located in the township of Colonial Cove on the south bank of Baffle Creek, 63km north of Bundaberg. Colonial cove is a small community made up of permanent residents and holiday houses. There are no shops, The nearest is 30km away Our house is fully self contained, The main residence has down stairs kitchen, bathroom and living areas. Upstairs is 1 combined sleeping area with 2 Queen and 4 single beds. Then there is a separate cabin with 1 Queen and a double bunk. You will have direct access to the water via a set of stairs and a beautiful sandy beach where you can swim, fish etc. There is no wifi and phone signal is good. This is a residential area with permanent residents on both sides. Therefore noise restrictions apply. Loud parties and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. Due to the cost of cleaning an entire house and cabin we have a minimum of 3 night stay. Pets are not allowed.
