La Colombe - luxury gite for 4 with heated pool

La Colombe is 82 m² and features a double bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom with en-suite. All bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, 4-burner hob, oven, toaster, electric kettle and espresso coffee maker. The modern TV has satellite English and French Freesat channels. We have good 4G coverage in our area as well as free wi-fi. The space The large west-facing private garden has table and chairs, parasol, sun-loungers and gas barbecue. The gite garden overlooks the large, heated and fenced swimming pool. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all of our 3.3 ha (8acres) site, including the central courtyard, children’s play area and our fields. Other things to note The pool is open from May - September. Electric heating and logs for the wood-burner are available at extra cost. Cleaning is not included in the price - we are happy for guests to do their own cleaning to leave the gite in the same condition as it was when you arrive. However, cleaning can be arranged at a cost of 60€. The barbecue must be cleaned at the end of your stay or a cleaning charge of 50€ will be incurred. Registration Details 51113993300010
