The space The apartment has just been renovated. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Our two-room apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building in the city center. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and Smart TV. The bathroom is adjacent and has a large shower. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender and toaster. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed and access to a balcony overlooking the main street of Como. Located in a pedestrian area, it cannot be reached by car. Guest access The entire apartment and balcony will be at your disposal. The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator.
