The villa is located near Eggenberg Palace in a sunny location overlooking the city. The space Guests occupy the 1st and 2nd floors of the villa. On the 3rd floor there is an apartment with its own access at the back of the building. The living space of the vacation property is about 160 m², consisting of 4 bedrooms, living room, office, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, open and covered terraces. All rooms are furnished, (3 TVs, 2 HiFi, Wi-Fi) and parking. Guest access All guests are personally welcomed. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house. No pets allowed. No garden furniture is available in the winter months from November to April. Entering the entire outdoor area is at your own risk. The landlord may cancel a reservation. The guest will receive the booking amount back and agrees not to make any claims for damages to the landlord in this case.
