Terrazzo Luxury Villas are a newly built complex of 3 villas located in Pigianos Kampos. In a prime position, the villas are only a short walk from the beach and local amenities, ideal for families. Each villa boasts large lawned gardens, play area and children’s section of the private pool - there is even a children’s playground next door . Each villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms that sleep 6 guests. The space Terrazzo Luxury Villas is a complex of 3 villas located in Piginaos Kampos area, close to Rethymno, offering an ideal location for families and individuals who want to be within walking distance from the beach (just 700 m away) and amenities. Terrazzo Luxury Villas offer modern design and a comfortable open plan layout. Each villa has its own large outdoor area with lawned gardens, private swimming pool with a children's section, ping pong and playground. ***The Villas are located next to a former kart track, which is now converted to a big playground for children. So, firstly, if you notice the kart track on the map, do not worry about the noise as the track is no longer operational. Secondly, because of the amazing organised playground near the villas, the location is ideal for families travelling with young children.*** Layout The open plan living area of Villa Dusty Pink provides a comfortable indoor space with contemporary furnishings and colours bring the space to life and these features continue throughout the villa. The property features 3 ensuite bedrooms, split in 2 levels and comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Ground Floor The stylish living area has sofa seating and a 55” Smart TV with Netflix and the kitchen has branded appliances and all facilities to allow for a pleasant cooking experience. The kitchen island is lined by 6 high stools for casual dining. Large patio doors open to the veranda and pool area providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. Beyond the living room, a small corridor leads to two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are en suite with a Queen size double bed (1,80 x 2,00), open wardrobe, 32” Smart TV and patio doors leading outdoors, one of them opening to the pool terrace, while the second one leads to the front lawn covered area. The quirky bathrooms have a freestanding sink, rainshower and toilet. A separate WC is conveniently located on the ground floor for general use along with a utility cupboard containing a washing machine, tumble dryer and all utility items. First Floor The third ensuite bedroom is reached via a floating staircase, featuring twin beds (0.90 X 2,00), open wardrobe, 32”Smart TV and sloped ceiling. The glass door of the bedroom overlooks the living area and windows look out onto the pool and garden. The ensuite bathroom has a sink, rainshower and toilet. Outdoor Area The 1000 sq. m. outdoor area is beautifully landscaped, and pretty lawned gardens frame the villa, providing the perfect space in which to play or relax. The outdoor facilities include: - 30 sq. m. private swimming pool (1,4 m depth) with easy step access and special children's compartment (0,70 m depth). The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. -Outdoor seating and an outdoor dining table under a pergola, where you can enjoy a book and alfresco dining. - Outdoor cooking area with electric grill for smokeless grilled delights, a mini fridge, a sink, and cupboard space. - Large lawned garden by the pool area, featuring a children’s play structure with swings and slides, and table tennis. - 2 bikes are also available for our guests. - Small lawned area at the front of the house with a small seating area and a hanging egg chair. - Driveway that provides parking space for 2 - 4 cars. The complex has its own private entrance and it’s fully fenced, providing privacy and security to our guests. The driveway is the only part of the complex shared between the Villas. ** Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in. Guest access Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoors and outdoors! The only shared area between the Villas is the complex driveway of the complex.
