In the day and hour of your arrival a member of our team will be at the apartment to make your check-in and explain everything you need to know, as well as to give some advice about your stay. Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. All guests must present their identification documents to host and fill out a check-in form with identification information such as full name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, country of residence, city of residence, type of ID (Passport, Identity card), ID number and country of issuance. The data of non-Portuguese nationality guest will be, reported to the SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service). Please note that it is a 1st floor without lift, and therefore not suitable for persons with mobility problems. Cars It is easy to park a car near the apartment. As you are in the center of the city, all the cars pay a fee to park, like in almost all the other big cities in the world. Anyway, you will probably not need a car to visit the city.
