The space Our spacious and comfortable 90 Sqm apartment features a cozy bedroom with a smart TV, a living room with a sofa and smart TV, a reading corner, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom with a relaxing chromotherapy shower. From the big private panoramic balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking views, and you'll also have access to a lovely communal outdoor lounge area, which includes a terrace, a garden, and a BBQ. The apartment is fully self-contained with everything you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine, and we provide sanitized linen for your comfort. If you're traveling with children, we offer cot and high chairs available upon request. Just let us know when you make your reservation. Guest access Our apartment is conveniently located less than 3km from Varenna centre, train station, and ferry terminal. Getting there is easy by car, taxi, or bus, or you can take a scenic 20-minute walk along a footpath (please note that the return journey is uphill and may take longer). For your convenience, we offer a self check-in procedure which allows you to check in at your leisure. Detailed instructions will be provided a couple of days before your arrival. We strongly recommend using the self check-in option, as it offers the most flexibility. If you prefer a personal check-in, it is available upon request between 3pm and 6pm. However, please note that this option requires punctuality and we kindly ask that you arrive at the agreed upon time. Other things to note LOCATION AND PARKING Are you wondering about the location of the apartment and how far it is from Varenna, train station, and ferry? The apartment is located on "Contrada degli Archi 6, Perledo" and is less than 3km away from all these places. You can easily reach them by car, taxi, bus, or even on foot. If you prefer walking, there is a scenic footpath starting just 100 meters from the apartment that leads directly to the train station and ferry terminal in about 20 minutes. Please note that the way back is uphill and may take longer. As for parking, a public car park is available just 50 meters away where my guests can park their cars for free 24/7 with a parking permit provided at check-in. Although it is not a private car park, there are always available parking spaces. Perledo is a safe town, so you can leave your car there without worries even though the car park is not supervised. APARTMENT DETAILS Are you renting the whole apartment? Absolutely! Regardless of the number of guests indicated in your booking, the entire apartment is rented exclusively to you during your stay. Are pets allowed in the apartment? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the apartment, even if they are small. I apologize for any inconvenience. Can you rent the apartment for longer periods?
