The renter undertakes to take all precautions for the safe use of the pool area/pool for him, his family and potential other guests - this also applies in particular to children. Furthermore, children under 10 years of age and non-swimmers are obliged to use/swim in the pool only with suitable swimming aids and under adult supervision.
