The space Apartment 6 "Beach view" This luxurious and comfortably furnished 2-room apartment is about 60 m² in size, is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is easily accessible by lift. One of the highlight in this apartment is the 11 m long furnished balcony with side sea views. This can be entered from both the living room and the bedroom and is also equipped with two relaxation loungers.   From early afternoon to the evening hours, you can enjoy the rays of sunshine here and of course the sound of the sea. The romantic furnishings of this apartment give a particularly cozy feel-good atmosphere. The very spacious living space has a Loewe TV incl. Soundbar & Internet radio and a DVD player. A cozy couch and two comfortable armchairs invite you to relax and unwind.   The fully equipped kitchenette has been harmoniously integrated into the living area and is equipped with a fridge with freezer, a 4-zone ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and various small inventories. A large dining table offers plenty of space.   In the very spacious bedroom there is a comfortable double bed with a size of 1.80 x 2.00 m, a wardrobe with SAFE and enough space for your vacation wardrobe as well as another TV. The elegant shower room has natural light and is equipped with a washbasin, a towel dryer, a bidet and of course also a hairdryer.   All windows of the apartment are equipped with insect protection. A parking space on the property and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. Bicycle parking, washing machine and drying room are also provided. Special: The apartment has a beach chair provided on the beach (exit 28), which is available to you free of charge from about May to September. The villa „ Atlantic “ is located in a 1a location directly on the Binzer beach promenade, at the beach exit 28. The house is part of the historic villas of the bathing architecture. The Baltic Sea beach is at your feet here, so to speak, the sound of the sea will inspire you. The town center with the lake bridge, numerous shopping, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.
