M0270427754 The space The entrance at street level, with two steps, is on a small hallway with two doors. Opposite is the living room, where there is a sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed, and a TV with Chromecast. Continuing on the left is the first bathroom complete with toilet and shower. At the end, there is a kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare meals, a dining table, and a French window to access the private courtyard. The entire room is equipped with an air conditioner and a thermostat that regulates the temperature in this specific area. From the hallway, on the right, you can access the living room, with a sofa, a coffee table with chairs that can also be used as a remote workstation. At the end of the room on the right is a built-in closet with a washing machine, space to store luggage and shelves with additional blankets and pillows available, and a door that gives access to the master bedroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, which if necessary can be prepared as two single beds, a wardrobe, a TV with satellite decoder, and a French window for the private courtyard. At the end of the room, a last door gives access to the second bathroom complete with toilet, bidet and shower. The entire sleeping area has a thermostat for autonomous heating management and an air conditioner. The completely private courtyard, nestled between the Venetian houses, is located at the back (direct access only from the apartment), is very discreet and is not visible from the street. Guest access The house is entirely available for guests. Being in the historic center of Venice, it is not directly accessible by car.
