Apartment 4G is on the fourth floor and features 2 bedrooms & master with queen bed, ensuite and air-conditioning and second bedroom with 2 single beds and air-conditioning. Both bedrooms have balcony access and views of the lush greenery behind the resort. There is also a second bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer. The cool, spacious open plan living area is comfortable and offers fabulous ocean views over the resort pool! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need while on holiday or walk downstairs and try the array of dining options including cafes and the famous Currumbin Surf Club. The front balcony equipped with comfortable furnishings is the perfect spot to sit back, relax and take in the fabulous views. With all the comforts of home including air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, this is sure to become a family favourite! Our office is an approximate 18 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
