Duplex with terrace in Alfama, Central Lisbon

Located in the historical center of Lisbon, the famous Alfama district with views of the river Tejo on one side and to the National Pantheon from the terrace. Newly renovated, with gourmet kitchen island, fireplace and easy access to major tourist spots and restaurants and bars. The space Duplex apartment in Alfama, the historical center of Lisbon. The apartment is well renovated and has a terrace overlooking the National Pantheon sitting area to enjoy a breakfast or dinner with a view. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a small balcony), bathroom and 60 m2 living room with open modern kitchen (dishwashing and washing machines), big dining table and a sitting sofa. On the second floor we have an impressive master bedroom (50 m2) with a king size bed, roof window, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom, fireplace and entrance to the terrace. For visitors during colder months we have heated floors in all rooms on the first floor. For the summer heat we have installed an air-conditioner to keep you cool in the top floor. The location is perfect both for long stays and short tourist visits: not overcrowded and quiet at night. 1 min walk to restaurants, shops and bar area of Alfama as well as the Santa Clara park with our favorite cafe in the park (try it!) and a playground for children. Some major touristic attractions such as the Pantheon, Sao Vicente de Fora monastery, Military and Fado museums, the famous Feira da Ladra flea market (open on Tuesdays and Saturdays) as well as metro (Santa Apolonia) & train station to Porto and taxi station are all near by. It's a 15 minutes walk to the city center and to the train station to go to Cascais and Sintra. Free parking available nearby. I lived there for more than 3 years, but now I had to leave. I really don't want the apartment to stay empty. As I can't enjoy it now I wish you, our guests, will use it for best vacation in lovely Lisbon! It will make me Happy :) Welcome!
