The current Villa Mayer was the home of the settler who took care of the surrounding countryside and the grazing of animals. The farmhouse had the current dimensions, the arcades that characterize it architecturally were added, the front that also serves as a facade and the rear that protects an additional entrance. It has been the subject of a careful recovery of the functionality of the previous rooms, maintaining proportions and heights, with particular care of the south-facing living room where the stone fireplace and the ceiling with wooden beams have been preserved. Guest access The villa is accessed by car directly from Viale San Giovanni in Venere, where there is a green automatic gate. There are 2 signs next to the gate. Inside the villa there is a large private parking lot. There are 2 entrances to the villa, one leading to the main living room, the other to the kitchen. Other things to note The Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere is a few meters away, the swimming pool is at your complete disposal, and the beaches of the Costa dei Trabocchi are less than a kilometer away.
