There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The lounge area opens onto a spacious balcony with table for five and a lounger - this balcony is the real highlight of the apartment, which offers the most outstanding views in Dubrovnik. Amenities include BBQ, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, LCD TV, SAT TV, DVD, stereo, Wireless Internet access, AC in the living room, dining room and 1 bedroom. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our luggage storage, located at Čubranovićeva 11 street. Other things to note Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
