The space The house consists of: On the ground floor: - a large entrance - a spacious living room, a kitchen with island open to the living room and dining room, fully equipped (induction plate, rotary heat oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher...), - a dining room with large table that can accommodate up to 12 people - a back kitchen/laundry room with washing machine, - a veranda of 15 m² with Baby football and garden furniture overlooking the swimming pool, - a corridor with cupboard serving 1 bedroom in , 1 bathroom (double basin and shower + bathtub), separate toilets. Upstairs: - a landing serving 4 bedrooms, - a bathroom with a shower, - a separate toilet. The swimming pool, buried and private (8.50 x 4.25 - flat bottom of 1.50m), is heated. It is accessible through the veranda. Pool robot for cleaning. You will also have the following facilities: Wifi, TV in the living room and in all rooms. Outside: a dining table with a bioclimatic pergola extension with openable roof, barbecue, ping pong table, garden furniture, sun loungers, etc. Linens are provided for weekly stays only. Guest access The rental of our house is entire and not shared. The pool is also private and not shared. Other things to note COVID19 measures 1) Reimbursement of sums paid in case of impossibility to go to the location of the rental due to the regulatory provisions put in place by the State related to the fight against Covid 19 (confinement, isolation, travel ban). 2) In addition to cleaning, systematically disinfection between each rental of surfaces subject to hand contact (countertop, tables, door handles, switches, remotes, fittings, etc.) with virucidal products. The house will be ventilated and a virucidal spray will be used to sanitize the indoor air. Mattress and pillow protections as well as duvets are changed between each rental.
