House with heated pool 5 minutes from Cabourg

5 minutes from Cabourg, entire house not shared with private pool heated all year round. For holidays or weekends, with family or friends, very nice house of 150 m2 with heated swimming pool on a large enclosed and wooded garden of 2000 m2, 5 km from Cabourg, its promenade and its beach. Extension of the house in 2023 to create a dining room. The space The house consists of: On the ground floor: - a large entrance - a spacious living room, a kitchen with an island open to the living room and dining room, fully equipped (induction hob, rotating heat oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher...), - a dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to 12 people - a back kitchen/laundry room with washing machine, - a veranda of 15 m² with foosball and garden furniture overlooking the pool, - a hallway with a closet serving 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (double sink and shower + bathtub), separate toilet. Upstairs: - a landing serving 4 bedrooms, - a bathroom with a shower, - separate toilets. The swimming pool, buried and private (8.50 x 4.25 - flat bottom of 1.50 m), is heated. It is accessible from the veranda. Pool robot for cleaning. You will also have the following amenities: Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and in all bedrooms. Outside: a dining table with extension under bioclimatic pergola with opening roof, barbecue, ping pong table, garden furniture, sun loungers... Linens are provided for weekly stays only. Guest access The rental of our house is entire and not shared. The pool is also private and not shared. Other things to note COVID-19 measures 1) Reimbursement of the sums paid in case of impossibility to go to the place of the rental due to the regulatory provisions put in place by the State related to the fight against Covid 19 (lockdown, isolation, travel ban). 2) In addition to cleaning, systematically disinfect surfaces prone to contact with hands (worktop, tables, door handles, switches, remote controls, taps, etc.) with virucidal products between each rental. The house will be ventilated and a virucidal spray will be used to sanitize the indoor air. Mattress and pillow protectors as well as duvets are changed between each rental.
