The villa is light & cool and benefits from air conditioning throughout the bedrooms. The recently renovated kitchen is open plan to the lounge & dining area which is great communal space. Patio doors open out onto a covered terrace with a further dining table and outdoor sofa. This overlooks a large sun terrace, a generous swimming pool (with optional pool fence) and a well-maintained garden. There is an outdoor BBQ area with a gas BBQ for your use. The garden is green and filled with flowers, has some grassed areas, as well as palms and a large olive tree. The house is a fully equipped home away from home that includes WIFI, UHD (Netflix/Prime) & Amazon Alexa for unlimited music.
