Or simply a home away from home. Our spacious, modern house offers plenty of room for shared moments – for families, friends, or colleagues staying for several weeks and looking for true comfort. The large property provides space for everyone: to play, relax, or simply unwind. The House Across 240 sqm on two floors, you’ll find 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms – ideal for larger groups who want both togetherness and privacy. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The entrance area features built-in wardrobes with plenty of space for shoes, jackets, and bags. There is also an additional room with a sofa bed (1.60 m) and a utility room with washing machine and dryer – perfect for longer stays. The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the home: a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large dining table for up to 12 people, and a cozy lounge area. The fireplace creates a warm atmosphere – whether for family time or relaxing after work. Firewood is provided. Sleeping & Retreat Upstairs you’ll find the remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower & bathtub) offers beautiful views of the greenery, complemented by a small yoga room for quiet moments. Two additional bedrooms feature high-quality box spring beds (H2/H3) and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped children’s room is a highlight: climbing wall bars, books, toys, a play table, and two bunk beds (sleeping space for four). Bed linen and towels are included. Terrace & Garden Two terraces give you the perfect spot at any time of day: enjoy breakfast in the sun or long barbecue evenings under the covered, illuminated terrace. The large garden is private, peaceful, and not overlooked – with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. For fun and activity, the property offers a 4 m trampoline, slide, and gym bars. Bikes, balls, blankets, and more are available – perfect for trips to the forest or nearby lakes. Location & Surroundings The beautiful Brandenburg region offers nature at its best: forests, lakes, and outdoor activities right on your doorstep. The nearest swimming lake is just a 10-minute walk away. Whether cycling, hiking, boating, or simply relaxing – every season has its charm. At the same time, you’re well connected: the regional train (about 5 km away) takes you to central Berlin in around 30 minutes. In the village, you’ll find everything you need – bakery, supermarket, restaurants. A guide with personal tips and recommendations is available in the house. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, including the house, garden, and garage. All rooms are available except for one locked room on the upper floor, which is used for private storage.
