In winter, feel like you are in a ski chalet with a Jetmaster fireplace, Pot Belly and the cosy bedding. In summer open the windows for efficient cross ventilation to allow cool breezes to flow through the house or switch on the reverse cycle air con throughout the house. Cool down in the creeks - only 900 m away; and cook pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven. There is a piano, guitar, an accordion, and bongos for the musicians; plentiful cooking equipment for the chefs, table tennis for the kids, book & games. For the food lover - citrus trees in winter; mulberries in October/November; and a plentiful herb garden all year round. Guest access Configuration - A single level home with 4 bedrooms. In summary - 1 king, 2 split king and 1 queen bed. 'Mountain View One" - the master bedroom at the far end of the home with a king sized bed and a walk in robe. 'Mountain View Two' and 'Mountain View Three' have a king bed that can be split into 2 long singles and have each built in wardrobes. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and built in robe. There are 2 bathrooms - the ensuite to the king room plus a separate bathroom with a bath and shower. Both bathrooms have heated floors and heated towel rails. There is also a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer, tub, additional fridge, ironing board and iron. Other things to note The house has been very well equipped with good quality pans, a slow cooker, a hand mix, a sandwich press, a toaster, a kettle, many baking trays, a water filter, plus the usual crockery that you would expect.
