The space Comfortable and clean with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets, a large private back yard with plenty of relaxing outdoor furniture, BBQ, apple and peach trees. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A very warm house in winter with a wood burner and heat-pump. Gas hot water, great showers and a full sized bath. Cool in summer with plenty of shade outside and aircon and fans inside. Surrounded by stunning mountains and beautiful rivers you can relax in privacy, enjoying the tranquil veranda and garden. The beautiful Clutha River is just over the road with swimming holes. Beautiful hiking and walking tracks just out the gate. It’s a five minute walk to the famous Pembroke Patisserie, Albert Town store, cafe & bar and a five minute drive to Wanaka township. Ski fields are 45 minutes drive, Lake Wanaka 5 - 10 minutes drive and Lake Hawea 15 - 20 minutes drive. Free wireless internet and Smart TV. Maps provided for all the tracks and local information, books and games. Linen provided (sheets and towels).
