There is a small shower off the bedroom and between the bedroom and kitchen there is a small table for eating. This is a really sweet studio and it isn't that small. It is warm with underfloor heating. There is no air conditioning but there are two fans for the odd rare hot spell! There are all mod cons and up to date guide books for your use. Guest access You will be able to use the whole flat and small outside area. Other things to note For early check in please consider booking the flat a day earlier if you arrive early and want to check in and leave bags. We are finding it increasingly difficult to accommodate very early arrivals as the flat is normally fully booked.
