Independent and very bright house of about 80 m2 in a quiet area. Rated three-star furnished tourist accommodation (112 control criteria). Living room overlooking an open equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom overlooking renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 bedroom with twin beds. New mattresses and slatted bed bases in both bedrooms. New bathroom with large shower. Second separate toilet. Washing machine. The Sentier des Douaniers (Gr 34) is 150 m away. The beach is 1 km away. The space The house is about 80 m2 and is almost entirely on the ground floor (3 steps). It includes a living room open to an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge-freezer, classic coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, microwave). A bedroom with a 160-200 bed (new memory foam mattress) with its en-suite shower room with toilet and window. Another bedroom with twin beds of 80-200 that can be combined. A laundry area with boiler and washing machine. A second new bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A separate restroom with a window. The house was occupied as a primary residence until 2015 and has been the subject of regular maintenance work: double glazed windows, attic insulation, gas condensing boiler guaranteeing a good level of comfort. The kitchen and bathrooms are renovated. The beds are equipped with slatted bed bases, mattresses and duvets that are recent or new. We can provide you with bed linen and towels if you do not wish to bring yours at the price of €15 per room and per stay. For cleaning, we leave you the freedom to do what is necessary yourself or to opt for a cleaning fee (€50). We provide you with essentials (grocery, soap, laundry, etc.). Folding crib and high chair available for baby. Parking is possible in front of the house and in the yard. Warning: Arrival exclusively on Saturdays and minimum 7-night stay during the months of July and August. Guest access The house is completely independent but located on the same property as ours.
