A Former Breton cottage & farm dairy, originally part of the historic farm adjacent, Located in Ste Brigitte within an area of outstanding natural beauty Foret de Quenecan, Lac du Guerledan & Canal Nantes Brest, Historic buildings, bike rides, VTT, Mountain biking, Sailing, Waterskiing, Canoe, Lake Beaches, Walking, Dog Walks, Horse Riding, (within 2-10mins) coast (1hr) The Cottage sleeps 8 comfortably (10 cosy) mix of modern & vintage style, open plan space & plenty of light. FR/ENG/NL The space Accessibility 3 bedrooms and bath with shower over, upstairs 1 King bedroom with large shower and toilet downstairs 1 x Travel cot and high chair available Split level from living area down to kitchen (2 shallow steps) Books and some tourist information, and games/children's games, DVD's available to use during stay Large garden and dining terrace outdoor furniture and Gas BBQ for Summer, some outdoor games available to use Use of garage adjoining house to secure bicycles by arrangement. good for VTT! SERVICES Cleaning fee is additional €70 paid direct to housekeeper on departure Linen available by arrangement with housekeeper prior to check in €15/bed There is NO WIFI NB TV CURRENTLY BROKEN temporary solution possible.. normally ….TV has UK Freesat and French TV Guest access Access to the entire house, front and back gardens (not the garage). On arrival necessary to access front of property (via Kerjeancourt cul de sac)- between Laurel Hedge to left, then additional cars can be parked to rear of property (accessed via main route via village) needs gates opening from inside property Other things to note You are welcome to bring your dog/pet, the back garden is secured by leylandi hedge and gates, but smaller dogs may be able to escape under the hedge to the road if unattended. We have a child gate to prevent dogs from venturing upstairs where possible! The farm dog (female) is very friendly next door and has never caused a problem with our own dogs, but may come to visit you in the front garden! Supplies: There will be basic supplies on your arrival Tea/Coffee/Toilet Roll and a few logs to get you started - There maybe some cooking oil and spices left over from previous guests you are welcome to use these. TV/Wifi We have French TV, and UK Freesat TV, WIFI is currently NOT available at the gite. Apologies for any inconvenience. 4G is available in the area and WiFi is available at Merlin restaurant L'Anse du Sordan when open. Please note the log burner MUST NOT use coal., Thank you.
