Bella - Private pool & BBQ in Cabrils

Have you noticed the light coming in through its large windows?   Come and enjoy a few days of disconnection in BELLA, this house located in Cabrils, between the sea and mountains, with spectacular views. Do not hesitate to come and discover the Maresme region and its people! The space The house is distributed on two floors.   UPPER FLOOR It is the access to the house. We find three bedrooms with a big terrace, two bathrooms, and a garage. ROOM 1: double bed and two single beds. This room has a small private bathroom with a shower. Room 1 can be ideal for families travelling with little ones. It is very spacious and allows guests to have different options for placing the two single beds. In the house, there are also safety nets in high places without railings. It is very important to understand that networks are not there to lie down. ROOM 2: double bed with a big desk. ROOM 3: two single beds These two rooms (2,3) share a bathroom with a bathtub.   A beautiful view of the sea can be enjoyed from the living room, the terrace and several rooms. GROUND FLOOR Going down the stairs, to the right we find the last bedroom. ROOM 4: double bed and a private bathroom with shower. This floor is at garden level, on left we find a spacious living-dining room. Through its large windows and glass doors, the exterior light illuminates the entire room. Crossing the room we have a comfortable kitchen with a dining area and the laundry area! In front of this charming living-dining room, we have the porch with a table to enjoy a pleasant breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This area is ideal to be cool in summer. The porch is connected to the large garden. PRIVATE POOL approximately 4x8m It is ideal for swimming or simply cooling off. There is also a barbecue next to a beautiful pergola with another table and chairs. Then an area with sun loungers and behind the pool, hidden in the shadow of the trees, a chill-out space with a hammock Guest access BELLA is exclusive to its guests. PARKING There is parking available for guests. It connects straight to the house. The door is automatic. You can also park for free on the street, respecting the neighbours' garages. It is a street travelled only by the residents of the urbanization. Parking under the entrance porch is not allowed. THE GARDEN AND THE OUTDOOR SPACES All are private but they must be preserved, please respect the green areas. THE POOL It is private and we hope guests will respect the rules of use and clothing, in this area, there are also hammocks for sunbathing. ALARM The house has an alarm system, however, the house should always be left tightly closed. INCLUDED SERVICES - Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit. - Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us! We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability. OPTIONAL SERVICES (not included in the price and subjected to availability) - Travel cot: 15,00 €. - High chair: 5,00 €. - Beach towels: 3,00 €/each - Additional cleaning 4h: 80,00 € * * This price may vary depending on the season. - Extra charge for out-of-hours welcome Price: 50,00 € from 20:00h to 00:00h00 Price: 100,00 € from 00h01 until 02h00 - Sunday rate You can request to start your booking on a Sunday, but it depends on availability. Other things to note Please, check that you will be able to comply with the house rules before making a reservation. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential neighbourhood where the house is located.   Thank you in advance for your understanding!  HOUSE RULES    - It is not rented to groups under 25 years. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.  - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.  - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.    IT'S NOT ALLOWED    - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.  - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.  - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.  - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies. - It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power, - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed.
