It belongs to an architecturally interesting ensemble built by the architect Ullbricht for his own family, but is completely separated from the main house with a separate entrance and two private terraces. It is an ideal starting point for relaxing hikes and bike tours directly from the front door or excursions to the beautiful surroundings on the edge of the Alps. The wonderful landscape attracts with nature experiences, but also the quickly accessible cities such as Munich, Rosenheim or Kufstein offer many outstanding leisure opportunities in any weather. The apartment "Am Berg" is therefore ideally suited for nature and culture lovers. The apartment has a tastefully and comfortably furnished living room with an oak dining table and pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200). The large window front offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and our lovingly landscaped garden. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with the modern kitchenette. Fully equipped with dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge, coffee machine and an extensive basic set of cooking tools to cater for yourself in a relaxed way. From the breakfast bar in the kitchen you can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden. On this level is the terrace with evening sun, which makes wonderful hours in the sunset possible. One floor down is the bedroom. Here you can experience relaxed nights in a double bed (160 × 200) with allergy-friendly cold foam mattresses. A desk can be used for writing the vacation diary. Here, too, a wide window front allows the magnificent view of the mountains and our garden. Step out the patio door after a relaxing night and watch the sunrise. Another seat on this terrace can be used for an extended breakfast in the morning sun. The charming bathroom with shower, toilet and towel dryer is right next door. The apartment has its own terrace in the garden with morning sun and another terrace in the garden facing west with evening sun. It is heated in an environmentally friendly way with renewable energy from wood pellets. Our electricity is green electricity from Greenpeace Energy. It is equipped with 200 Mbps Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV in the living room with Magenta TV from Telekom. For longer stays, fresh hand, bath and dish towels and 14-day fresh bed linen are included for you.
