On another floor of the house, there is the kitchen, dining room, another bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms, one of them with a double bed. Additionally, you will enjoy the 20-square-meter terrace. On the lower floor, there is the fourth bedroom, ideal for children. It covers 15 square meters with a private bathroom and bunk beds, including a play area. Parties are not allowed. In case guests violate the neighborhood's tranquility rules, authorities will be notified. TO BE PAID BEFORE ARRIVAL: THE TOURIST TAX is paid for the first 7 nights 1€ per day per person, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay. This tax is paid by all persons aged 16 and over.
