The non-smoking Fleesensee domicile Tammy was built in 2019 and furnished with a lot of love. Couples and families with children can relax in 91 m². Dogs are welcome. The property is fenced. Self-rental by the owner. Other things to note The open kitchen/living room is fully furnished. Cooking enthusiasts will find everything they need to spoil their loved ones on vacation. Induction stove with four hobs, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, waffle iron, egg cooker and many other kitchen utensils make catering easier. A separate dining table has enough space to eat, laugh, talk and play. The bathroom (8 m²) in the attic has a spacious shower cubicle and plenty of space to change. The lower bathroom (2.5 m²) has a shower and can be used as a full bathroom. Both bathrooms have a towel radiator and a hand/head shower in the shower. In the bedroom (12 m²) on the lake side, the Fleesensee can be observed via the skylight with pleated blinds for darkening. Two medium-hard mattresses invite you to relaxing dreams in the double bed. If you prefer harder mattresses, you will find them in the double bed in the second bedroom (11 m²). In addition, there is a flat-screen TV in this bedroom. In the spacious wardrobes there is enough storage space for your clothes. Reading lamps and shelves by the bed invite you to linger. In each living/sleeping room there is at least one possibility for ventilation with fly screens. From the ground floor you can access the three wooden terraces, which run from west to east. An east terrace for breakfast. In the north you can look at the Fleesensee and on the west terrace you can retreat for privacy. In the garden there is a sandbox, garden furniture, parasol and a barbecue. In the garden house you can park your bikes. In front of the house there is a paved parking space for one large or two small cars. The attic (children's play corner and bedroom) may not be entered by dogs. Exceptions only after telephone consultation. The Fleesensee is about 100 m away from the property. Within walking distance in about 10 minutes you can reach a playground for children, the beach and a swimming area for dogs. The house has Internet via Wi-Fi and is free of charge. Linen set (1 package = 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase, 1 bed sheet, 3 towels) and high chairs and beds can be booked separately. On request, Alexa can be used via Echo dot. Washing machine is available. Göhren-Lebbin charges a visitor's tax. Check-in: from 4 pm, check-out: by 10 am Leisure activities Golf (approx. 2 km away): 5 golf courses with 72 holes (3 x 18-hole, 2 x 9-hole) guarantee exciting golf adventures for every skill level. There are two 9-hole practice courses where golf beginners and children can achieve their first successes. A license is not required. Playing material can be rented at the golf club. The spacious training area with the GolfArena will delight every golfer. The 18-hole castle course designed by Stan Eby will also challenge golf pros. Here, an Hcp limit of up to 36 applies until 3 pm. Fishing: In Malchow you can purchase a tourist fishing license for Lake Fleesensee and other waters. In the Fleesensee region it is possible to fish even without a fishing license. Cycling: There are many bike tours around the lakes or in the Müritz National Park. If you want to be on the road longer, you can also follow the Havel cycle path towards Berlin. Running: In Untergöhren and Göhren-Lebbin there are some extra designated running routes. Partly with outdoor gym equipment on the running track. Boating: There is a boat rental and passenger boat in the harbor. Attention: speed cameras Please pay attention to the speed limits upon your arrival. This region loves speed cameras. In the 70 km/h zone coming from the A24 towards Malchow, in the 50 km/h zone in Penkow there are permanently installed speed cameras. Furthermore, mobile and well-hidden speed cameras are also often used in the 30 km/h zone in Göhren-Lebbin.
