Villa dei Laghi with private access to Lake Monate

Welcome to our home, a villa located in the stunning Lake District, where our family has been spending happy vacations since 1968! It’s a much-loved and well-lived-in home, equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant vacation with family or friends. Malpensa International Airport is a 25-minute drive away, and in less than an hour you can reach Milan, the beautiful Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Lake Garda, and Lake Orta. We hope that this house will become the setting for wonderful memories. The space The villa, surrounded by a large garden of nearly one hectare, consists of two adjacent apartments. The main apartment features 4 bedrooms—2 with double beds, 1 single bedroom, and 1 with 3 single beds—2 bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, a spacious living room with a working fireplace, and a laundry room available for free use. If there are more than 8 of you, we can provide a second apartment in the house, with a separate entrance, consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a sitting area with a kitchen. Clean sheets and towels are provided at the start of your stay; both kitchens are fully equipped (stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher), and the bathrooms are stocked with the necessary toiletries. The house has Wi-Fi, and there’s a wide selection of books for all ages (we love to read!). For children, we provide a crib and a high chair. All rooms are equipped with heating. In the garden, you can enjoy a spacious porch, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table, as well as a small swing and several bicycles you can use to explore the area. The beautiful bike path that circles Lake Comabbio—about 12 kilometers long—begins right outside the property gate. There are four convenient parking spaces on the lawn in front of the entrance. A five-minute drive—or a fifteen-minute bike ride—takes you to our private beach on Lake Monate, one of the cleanest lakes in Europe thanks to a ban on motorboats. This enchanting lake is suitable for swimming, and the small beach is equipped with a changing room, lounge chairs, and a rowboat.
