Villa Lotus is in Calafell, Costa Dorada, a 5-minute drive to the beach. Good communication with Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges, Port Aventura, etc. You'll love my house and its features: - Large living room with open kitchen - An outdoor area with a barbecue - A leisure area with a ping-pong table and foosball - Saltwater pool - A chill-out area with a fish pond - Air conditioning & heating My accommodation is good for families (with children), groups of friends, and adventurers The space You'll like my house because it's very spacious, with lots of light, and has everything you might need during your vacation. Very well connected and quiet area. The house is located on a street with very few neighbors and no exit. You won't have any parking problems, although if you wish you can put your car inside the property and even in the garage. It will be your refuge where you will enjoy wonderful rest, fun, and privacy. Guest access - Large living room with open concept kitchen from which you can access an outdoor area with pergola and Weber gas barbecue, outdoor table for 8 diners, where you can enjoy pleasant meals in the company of family or friends, outdoors. - 4 double rooms for a total of 8 people, two of them with double beds (1.50 and 1.80 m) and the possibility of 1 crib/child's bed of 1.40 x 70 cm. in one of them (as needed), the other two each room has 2 single beds of 90 cm. All bedrooms have their own closets. Two of the rooms have access to a terrace with ocean views. - 2 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor with shower, another on the second floor with a whirlpool bathtub. - Large leisure area with ping pong table, foosball and dartboard, on the same level as the pool and protected from the sun, ideal for fun. - 8 x 4 meter saltwater pool, unlike chlorinated water, very healthy for the skin and eyes. Access to the pool via a built-in staircase. - An incredible chill-out area that has a fish pond, to relax in the company of the sound of water, ideal for sunset. - Air conditioning in all rooms except one of the double rooms, where there is a ceiling fan. - Radiant heating (under the floor) for the cold months, which will provide a great feeling of comfort to your stay and uniform heat distribution throughout the house. - Free Wi-Fi and an area with a desk for working with a laptop. -Safe The house has sheets and a set of bath towels for each guest. You can choose between different types of pillow thickness to suit your needs and make you feel as comfortable as at home. Garden and pool maintenance is performed every 3 days to ensure you enjoy them in top shape. Other things to note In our house you will find a guide with many of the entertainment, fun, leisure, culture, excursions, etc. options that you can do during your stay. The house has an alarm system connected to an alarm center and police notification. The guest can decide whether or not to use it during their stay. In our accommodation we take all preventive measures to avoid the spread of covid-19, following all official recommendations, not only cleaning, but also disinfecting all areas of the house that could be exposed.
