Les Quais: charming and comfortable city center house with Wi-Fi

Welcome to Les Quais – Blois! This charming 16th century house, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is located in downtown Blois, at the foot of the Jacques Gabriel Bridge. We have completely renovated it to ensure your comfort. You will have access to all shops and restaurants on foot, and you will only have to cross the bridge to reach the historic center. We will welcome you with pleasure and share with you all the good places to visit. The space This 3 bedroom holiday home (Les Quais-Blois) dated from the 16th century is ideally located, a short walk from the Loire and a panoramic view of the historic Blois district. This former district of boatmen and fishermen enjoys typical architecture of the time, around the church of Saint-Saturnin, and is next to many restaurants and close to all shops. In the house you can enjoy the charm of the exposed beams and all the comforts of a modern house. In addition, the house offers a small vegetated patio with a beautiful bench to enjoy the outside. The house is connected to fiber, so you will be able to enjoy the internet as much as necessary. For your comfort, the master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (180 X 200) and the second bedroom with a queen size bed (160 X 200). The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90 X 200). Linens are provided and the beds will be ready upon arrival. All sheets are cotton percale. All you have to do is unpack and enjoy your stay. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a bathtub and a double sink. The second floor bathroom is equipped with a shower, double sink and toilet. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. If you wish, we can also set up a crib, for a slight additional cost. All you have to do is walk a few meters to find yourself on the banks of the Loire, and to follow the route of the Loire à Vélo. Guest access The house is very easy to access. Street parking is available, where parking is free. You will have access to the whole house. Other things to note This house is not suitable for pets. The house is also not suitable for receptions, or parties. The 2 floors of the house are served by a very old spiral staircase, it is not suitable if you have difficulty moving around.
