On the privat yard there is a great swimming pool - 30 square meters. Near the pool is a gas grill where you can prepering your meals. There is a outdoor solar shower too. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with every thing what you need for long stay - big fridge with freezer, oven, stove, toster, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. Beside the kitchen is a livingroom with TV and pull-out sofa where two people can sleep comfortable. In the living room there is a big dining table for 6-8, from where you have a lovely view of the surroundings. Living room and kitchen have exit on the large common terrace. On the terrace there is a large dining area too, where you can spend your time and look at your children on the pool. Villa has 2 modern bathroms - one on the ground floor ( there is a washing machine ) and one on the first floor. The bathrooms are with walk-in shower.
