Sleeping 10 guests across two levels this property can comfortably fit the whole family. The top level consists of an open plan, kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom offers a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed with children bunk beds. Use the second sitting room to access the back deck and lower level through the external door. Downstairs is an additional open plan living and bed area with a lounge and ping pong table, separate bathroom, two king single beds in a loft area and a Queen Bed separated by a barn door. For year-round comfort we have split system air conditioning upstairs keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. There is also a wood fireplace in the living room. Downstairs there is an oil heater for the winter and a fan for the summer. All the doors and windows can be opened to catch the wonderful sea breeze.
