Private 3 bedroom villa near beautiful beaches

Located in quite place and stands on land with size 900m2. The villa is perfect for family holiday, very big garden, private swimming pool and gazebo. It is 30 minutes from/to airport and 10 minutes to Sunday Beach club. Just few minutes to beautiful beaches at South Kuta by scooter or car. We rent this villa monthly exclude electricity. Please read carefully for our terms conditions and also inclusions. The space Our home will be a perfect home for guest that willing to get budget accommodation but still have great size of space, cozy design and comfort facility that can share with friends or family. We have 3 bedroom and all rooms come with king size bed and private bath room and air conditioner. The master room in the first floor with pool view and in second floor there are 2 rooms and road to balcony with city view. In living room you and friends or family can share your time by watching standard cable TV and internet that can cover all area of the house. The kitchen and dining room are very well designed and complete even you can ask us to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner in the yard or close to the pool. Our professional staff are well known for its delicious dishes. The guests can also request for BBQ or family dinner and off course with your budget. It become an intimate time during your holiday. Breakfast exclude (not include) The big yard can be used for yoga. The kitchen have complete set of cooking utensil, chinaware, glass ware. You can store meat vegetable in the fridge. Microwave, toaster all waiting for you. We have a parking on site the villa. We have staff that will pick you up in the airport with additional charged, and do cleaning service. Our staff will not stay in the house all day long, they will come daily to do cleaning from 8 am to 1 pm, or if you need them occasionally, you can also do a request in advance. You may also send me a message so anytime guest need their help or assistance or need transport, guest will easy to contact them directly. We rent this villa monthly not include electricity. We need 5 millions deposit upon arrival and will returned upon check out after checking all conditions of the house. It is include cleaning two times a week, once a week change linen and also once a week linen laundry, pool maintenance & good speed WiFi, one time drinking water by gallon and one time gas for stove cooking. The extra cleaning for 5 days a week will be charged IDR 1,500,000 monthly And Laundry bill will be your personal expenses. Guest access For your convenience during your stay with us, you will have access to all the facilities we have privately and not share with other guests. Other things to note Kindly switch off the electricity when you are out or not using it and turn off the water faucet when finished use because water is very important for our next generation. We would like to put extra attention to guest(s) with small kids, in regards to the swimming pool safety. Our pool have depth 1.50 m. It should be guest responsibility to take care their own small kids for their own safety. Please contact me if you need kids or baby equipment & pool fence. Pool fence with extra charge.
