This self-contained apartment with a private furnished balcony including a BBQ and also has its own plunge-pool, it is the ideal apartment for a family beach holiday. The apartment has reverse cycle climate control air-conditioning and includes a full gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooking and an oven, free Wi-Fi and smart TV. The space One of our most popular 2 bedroom apartments at Cotton Beach Resort, This apartment is north facing and is directly overlooking the main pools and gardens. The apartment has its own private plunge-pool and a gate from the balcony with direct access to the main pools. Beautifully and comfortably furnished, fully self-contained with double glass, floor to ceiling doors which open out from both the master bedroom and the lounge room to a spacious, furnished balcony which includes a BBQ and dinning table. Simply open your pool gate from your balcony and step into your own private plunge pool. Choose to relax on your balcony or around the lagoon style pool area, which features 2 pools, one of which is heated. The Master bedroom features a Queen size bed. TV, large mirrored wardrobe and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a double stone vanity, toilet, shower and separate deep soaking bathtub. The apartment comes with modern comfortable furnishings including smart TV to stream movies and Free WiFi. Bedroom 2 has 2 single size beds that can be made into a king if required, and also has mirrored wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The separate laundry area includes washing machine, dryer and laundry tub. An open style kitchen/living area with full size fridge, gas cook top, oven and spacious dining area. The apartment has climate control air conditioning/heating throughout, with tiled floors in the main areas and wool carpet in the bedrooms. Secure underground parking spaces are situated close to the lifts. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment, plunge-pool and private car parking. You may use the shared Gym, Sauna and Swimming pools during opening hours only. Children must be supervised at all times while on common property. BBQ available on balcony which must be cleaned after use or guests will be charged a $50 cleaning fee. After hrs check ins are not available, guests must check in between 2pm & 4.30pm. Requests for earlier check in prior to 2pm cannot be guaranteed. We will call you the morning of your arrival to arrange to meet you for your arrival and if the property will be ready earlier than 2pm we will let you know at this time. Other things to note All guests visiting and occupying the property are subject to comply with the Bylaws associated with Cotton Beach & the NSW governments short term holiday letting code of conduct. Please ensure all visitors and guests abide by the building’s bylaws for the duration of your stay. The property is Non-smoking, if you or your guests are smokers, please ensure they leave the building to smoke. All children must be supervised in the common areas of the building and especially the pool. Food, drink, and alcohol is NOT to be consumed in the pool areas. Towels and washing are not to be hung over the balcony railings or fences. Please use the clothes airers provided or the dryer in the apartment. Antisocial behavior will not be tolerated and guests who do not abide by the House Rules will be evicted form the property.
