Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment and the units allocated parking space (1) in the common, undercover, secured parking. Other things to note Parking: Guests will be able to park 1x car in the units allocated parking space in the undercover, secured carpark. There is also on street parking out the front of the building and there is also a dirt carpark within walking distance to the unit. Linen: Please note, linen is not included. Guests will need to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases, bath + hand + tea towels & floor mat. Linen can be supplied at an extra charge if requested which is supplied by an external company. Key Collection: Guests will be required to collect the keys from our office: 2/24 Donald Street, Nelson Bay. We do have an after hours key collection option.
