A separate laundry rooms adds practicality. Outside the patio with pergola, Weber BBQ and large dining table sits looking over the pool and well-kept garden to the woodland beyond. The property is less than 10 minutes drive from Monsegur with its market, night market, cafés, boulangeries and restaurants.
