Thank you. The space A moderate and refurbished, one-bedroom apartment (31m2) located on the 4th floor of the new Platan Tower building.   Living-room with kitchen unit. The bedroom and the living room have balconies and are facing North. The flat is furnished: sofa bed (unfolded area 125x195cm), coffee table, TV cabinet and TV.  A kitchenette with built - in furniture, a fridge, a dishwasher, an electric cooker with two hobs, an electric kettle, an overflow coffee machine and a set of dishes necessary for preparing and eating meals.  There is also an automatic washing machine in the annex.  The bedroom has a double bed with one mattress (140x200cm), a TV and a large wardrobe.  A bathroom with a non-threshold shower cubicle (with a slot drain), a washbasin and a toilet.  Wireless internet is available to guests.  Pets are not allowed.  Parking is possible in public parking spaces in the area or in paid parking lots nearby.
