VILLA OLEANDER is a luxury 3 bedroom, air conditioned villa with a private, heated pool in beautiful Mougins. Sleeping 6-7. Each bedroom is ensuite. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one downstairs (which can be made up as king or twin beds). Set within a mature, south-facing Mediterranean garden with breath-taking views over the Old Village (15-20 mins walk), the Bay of Cannes and the Esterel Mountains. Just 20 minutes from Nice Airport and 6km from Cannes. The space ============================================================ The terraced gardens are beautifully landscaped and secluded with high hedges and include a private, heated swimming pool, pool house, table tennis and full sized boules court. We also have a well equipped games room. The villa has private parking for 3 cars and is secured by remote controlled electric gates. We pride ourselves on excellent communication and service, and exceeding expectations. The wonderful view has defined the standard for which we have tried to follow in all that we have done at the villa. Children are very welcome at Villa Oleander and we have plastic boules for the boules court and plenty of inflatables for the heated pool. We accept well behaved pets with prior approval ============================================================ FACILITIES AND SERVICES We have had the pleasure of receiving guests at Villa Oleander for over 15 years now, and if ever a guest has made a suggestion of something they have been short of, then we now provide it. _________________ For your comfort We would like to think that we have provided everything for an extremely comfortable stay. Such as; - air conditioning (with heating) - wood burning stove - high quality mattresses and bedding - dressing gowns - slippers - pool towels - room fragrances and pillow mist - soaps and hand wash of the region so you only need pack your personal items! The house is well stocked with all the usual small items. From kitchen roll to kitchen foil and beach bags to umbrellas. We have - a very well equipped kitchen for real food lovers - laundry room with washer/drier and iron/ironing board - Weber barbecues - charcoal and gas - outdoor heater - high chair and cot available - extra bed for small children - international electrical adapters so the supermarket trip is simplified to just great food and wine! ____________________ For your information We will send you a comprehensive information pack including user guides, restaurants and shopping guides, suggestions for days out, opening hours and even the rules of boules! This is duplicated in a folder in the villa and on the in house iPad. _______________________ For your peace of mind When booking, you will receive a personal service dealing only with the owners. When at Villa Oleander you will be looked after by our trusted team. Our housekeeper is just a phone call away throughout your stay. She is an absolute star!
