The space This 2 storey apartment has all the modern conveniences-balcony, LCD TV, DVD, audio and sound system, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heater upstairs, log fireplace in the living room, kitchen appliances include : stove , oven, microwave, NEW 1/2 dish washer, NEW fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee espresso maker. New outdoor decking on balcony. Sleeps 4 ideally but with a new folding sofa bed upstairs ( so can sleep 5) . Bedding is queen bed ( sleeps 2) in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the other bedroom. Both bedrooms are downstairs. Upstairs has a fold out double sofa bed if required. The bathroom downstairs has a shower, vanity unit, toilet, washer and clothes dryer as well as a hair dryer. The iron and ironing board are stored in the main bedroom cupboard. This is the perfect spot for fun, rest and relaxation. It is directly opposite the beach . So have your meals on the balcony while watching the stunning view. Just stroll across the road, and spend the day swimming, reading and relaxing. In winter stroll down Main street to eat, shop, watch a movie or relax and read in the lounge by the fire-place. Other things to note Winter Delight too - Fireplace + great view. Come to the MORNINGTON WINTER MUSIC FESTIVAL : 7-10th June 2024. Great music, great food and all within walking distance. This apartment is wonderful for cosy Winter stays. It has a great log fireplace. Gaze over the bay while toasting your toes near the fire. Walk to Main Street and dine in the many restaurants, hotels and cafes that have open fireplaces. During the day, go walking along the many beach and bush tracks nearby. Visit the lovely galleries in the area including the nearby Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery ( MPRG). Finally drive to the Penisula Hotsprings to really warm up- pamper yourself with a treatment or just spend the day going in and out of the many natural hotspring pools. Pop in to the many wineries and Cellar doors along the way and warm up your insides with magnificent dining and wining. You'll come back feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
