Each bedroom has its own privacy with locked door. The space TRIDENTE VERDE is a bedroom of 24 m², featuring air-conditioning, on the 3rd floor of a building, with a kitchen in common use. It’s located within a set of 3 independent bedrooms. It has been fully renovated in a modern way and decorated in green tones. We enter in this set of bedrooms through a long corridor in L shape (17m²), with windows facing a courtyard. The second part of the corridor leads to the independent bedrooms. TRIDENTE VERDE is located on the street side (Via Laurina). We get in through a small corridor (3,50 m²), at the end of the long L corridor. The entrance (4 m²) leads to the bedroom on one side and to the private bathroom on the other side. The bedroom itself is big (16 m²). It’s decorated in grey and blue tones, which provides a peaceful atmosphere. This room is divided into 2 areas: -The living area (no window) has 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a wardrobe. A mini fridge and a kettle is at your disposal. -The night area (South – a window overlooking the street) has a double bed and 2 bedside tables. The bathroom (4 m², no window) features a shower, a sink, a bidet, and WC. In front of the entrance, you can find the kitchen in common use (12 m², one window overlooking the courtyard, North facing - with air-conditioning), which is exclusively for your personal use (not for the other apartment). It’s modern and fully equipped: a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a micro-wave, a stove and a dishwasher. The cookware is complete. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs. Guest access You will enter the apartment where there are 3 bedrooms for renting. There is a kichen with common use in front of this entry. Then, a hallway distributes the 3 independent bedrooms. Other things to note 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) It’s possible to rent all these bedrooms together. The stairs in the building are very steep. Cleaning fees include also laundry service (sheets, towels, dishtowel) as well as costs for water, gas and electricity. Please note only hands soap is provided.
