A few meters from the ocean and the lagoon, the location of the villa offers the advantages of a tourist site without the inconveniences: entertainment and security, but calm and serenity. In addition, its proximity to the village and the seaside resort of Saly allows you to enjoy the amenities of modern life. With 3 bedrooms and 2 independent twin boxes, it can accommodate up to 10 people in comfort. The space For the design of the villa on a long plot of land, a Senegalese architect was called upon who built it in the center, combining contemporary, oriental and traditional local styles. Very functional, it has a large, bright, spacious living room, adjoining 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, equipped with bathrooms. Upstairs, a mezzanine provides access to the circular terrace offering unobstructed views of the quiet and wooded residential area and the nearby hotel with the ocean and lagoon in the background. Open to the living room by a bar, the American kitchen is fully equipped. On the facade, the sheltered terrace leads to the 4 x 8 m swimming pool, with its shell beach, pool house and outdoor kitchen equipped with sink, fridge, barbecue, plancha and gas stove. Behind, a shaded and vegetated patio leads to the two independent twin boxes with toilet, toilet and rochelle, each accommodating 2 adults and 1 child/teen. Each hut is air conditioned. In front, on the pool and lodge side, the main gate gives access to the gravel parking lot. Behind the huts, a 50-meter garden opens onto a locked gate in front of the hotel, allowing access to the beaches located a few steps away, and to the village on foot, by bike, quad or taxi. The space allows good insulation against the nuisances of the neighboring hotel while enjoying the benefits. It lights up at night automatically and is well suited to pétanque thanks to its boulodrome as well as ping-pong around its central baobab. Foosball is available on the terrace. A bougainvillea hedge encloses the whole for maximum security and privacy. The caretakers reside on site discreetly at one end of the property. They manage the vegetation, swimming pool, solar power, stewardship and can give useful tourist advice. From Monday to Saturday, the maid takes care of cleaning, linen, dishes and, on request, meals. Water stored in an underground reserve is distributed under pressure after softening, protected from cuts. A solar photovoltaic installation supplies the essential electrical needs (fridge, water pump, lighting, TV, pool filtering...) and makes it possible to ignore any load shedding without nuisance. Smoke detectors are operational in strategic locations. Guest access The entire villa is accessible, except for the private bedroom on the upper floor Other things to note Resources such as water and electricity are scarce and expensive. Water is offered and undergoes a softening treatment because it is too calcareous. On the other hand, following abuse, electricity is the responsibility of users. The meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure by the caretaker and the consumption invoiced at the rate (current kwh: 186 francs or 0.28 euro). It is advisable to monitor in particular the use of air conditioners, which are heavy consumers, and to limit it to the night by limiting it to 23 degrees. For hygiene and maintenance reasons, showering is mandatory before entering the pool.
