A garden of Eden with pool a stone's throw from Paris

We welcome you to our spacious 200 m2 house, with every comfort, elegantly renovated in 2018, with a courtyard, garden and swimming pool, in a very nice neighborhood, close to Paris and Disneyland. Metro line 9 to Paris, RER A to Disneyland! The space You can enjoy two outdoor spaces: the courtyard and the 200 m2 garden. In the courtyard there is a small garden table. In the sunny garden, surrounded by classified peach walls, there is a swimming pool and a small vegetable garden. The pool is secure, it has a size of 10 m2, and it's pretty amazing to have a pool right next to Paris! You have at your disposal for your meals a large Fermob table, a parasol, a barbecue and an Ooni pizza oven. There is also garden furniture for moments of rest or aperitif. We renovated the house in 2018. It was a residential house on the street with an added part for a horticultural activity with its stable (now part of the kitchen), a drying room (now the master bedroom!). During the renovation, we oriented the space in such a way as to be able to enjoy the garden more. When you pass the porch from the street, you find the front door of the house in the courtyard. On the ground floor: an entrance, a separate toilet (toilet with double doors, suitable for children and adults), the kitchen opens onto the dining room with a bay window overlooking the garden, and a large living room with bay window overlooking the garden as well. You can use the wood stove in winter, there will always be wood available. On the first floor: to the right of the staircase, the master suite with queen size bed and closets, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, and to the left of the staircase: - a large playroom with desks, board games, legos, petshops and a dollhouse and a sofa area. - a children's room with a cabin bed and a drawer bed, a fabric house, books and toys for 5-year-olds. - a children's room with a pull-out sofa bed, desk, bookcase and toys for 8-year-olds. - bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the second floor: a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, a desk and books for all; and a landing with many DVDs and an elliptical bike. A staircase serves the bedroom on the 2nd floor but also the laundry room (washing machine, dryer and drying racks) which is on the ground floor. Our children's rooms can also accommodate adults, the beds are 90 x 200 cm or 90 x 190 cm with the exception of the drawer bed which measures 90 x 180 cm. If you come with a child under 3 years old, we can provide a travel cot. The water in the house is softened to be less calcareous, thanks to a water softener. We provide you with optional linens and bath towels, tea towels and tablecloths, cleaning products. In this case, the beds will be made upon your arrival. When you leave, we ask that you undo the beds, empty the dishwasher and trash cans, and return the house to the condition in which you found it. Cleaning is done upon departure and included in the final price. We also ask that you make the garden and pool area clean and tidy. You can park your car easily in the area, parking is free throughout the year. We have several animals that make our children happy: a rabbit: Tsunami, two turtles: Franklin and Chives; and a cat, Chestnut. Turtles are self-sufficient and do not need to be fed. The cat lives outside most of the time but comes home for its kibble and drinks from the water fountain. Please note: we do not accept rental requests for parties or events.
