The space This modern apartment is built to high specifications and the sound and heat insulation are excellent. The underfloor heating and the ventilation is a state of the art Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery System - no condensation or noisy extractor fans, and no need to open windows to remove cooking smells etc. This accessible apartment includes a wealth of facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Entry to the apartment is either via steps at the front of the building or by lift from the undercroft garage. No need to climb any steps - the lift access is directly into the living space from the garage. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with washer/drier, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer, built in microwave and oven, even a built-in wine cooler. There are two balconies adjacent to the bedrooms which overlook the charming private courtyard garden with optional hot tub. Guests have sole use of the garden and optional hot tub. At the front of the apartment is a small terrace where you can watch Mumbles life. Guest access Sole use of 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen , lounge diner accessible apartment. Includes sole use of courtyard garden and optional hot tub (additional charge). Other things to note Hot tub needs to be booked at additional cost of £60 per visit at least 3 days in advance.
