Set in an established garden, this charming & private retreat is tucked away in semi-rural Waitara. A cosy space for family & friends or a perfect hideout for two. The two bedroom home sleeps 4-5 with a sunroom as the optional 3rd single bedroom. Close to New Plymouth Airport with the city 15 minutes away. The space A 2 bedroom house with sunroom. There is off-street parking for 1 car outside the wooden studio door (seen from the driveway). The main house is through the picket gate to the left, over the pond to the main access at the back. Then over a small deck to the lockbox by the french doors. Guest access Parking is outside the wooden studio door, the first door you see. Other things to note Hammocks are available to hang on hooks under the grape arbour. A basket of wood is left in the sunroom if it turns chilly and the fire will heat up the whole house. On hot days there is excellent cross ventilation when both exterior doors or the windows are opened. There are extra blankets in the master bedroom blanket box. The adjacent Guesthouse is usually occupied and uses the other car park. It is far enough away for privacy with a fence in between. Waitara New World supermarket is a 5 minute drive away and closes at 8pm.
