The space The property is located in a splendid area of the Tuscan coast, still quite untouched both from a naturalistic and landscape point of view and is surrounded by a rich Mediterranean vegetation, where holm oaks, maritime pines and pittosporum create areas of natural shade throughout the garden. The villa, located between the Via Aurelia and the sea, on the panoramic road that leads from Livorno to Castiglioncello, was built in the 1950s and has recently been renovated. The area surrounding the house is very quiet as most of it is populated by villas with private access to the sea, there are no beach resorts and therefore privacy is certainly guaranteed. The garden of about 4000 square meters is partly fenced on the part of the access to the road, while on the opposite side, it slopes slowly towards the terrace by the sea. The location of the villa allows you to spend a holiday in direct contact with the sea without having to use the car every time you want to reach a beach. The car is necessary for shopping, going to restaurants, reaching other tourist locations. A long staircase leads directly to the sea where a private terrace has been created. Attention: The roof terrace is accessible but with caution because it has no railing. This terrace will be made available only if there are no children in the group. Due to the presence of the various terraces and stairs (to access both the villa and the terraces and the private beach), the property may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties and families with small children.
