"Villa Karmen" Split, Private Garden & Heated Pool

This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub. This holiday cottage has a beautiful panoramic view of the Adriatic sea and over Dalmatian islands. The house is spread over 300 m2 and has a lot of space around it, perfect for couples with children. Near the pool, there is a sitting area ideal for hanging out and just over the house, there is a beautiful hill perfect for hitchhiking, bike riding, walking, etc. From here you can explore the Croatian coastline, beautiful islands: Brač, Hvar, Vis, Šolta... There are also many historical places history lovers will certainly enjoy like ancient cities of Split, Salona, Trogir, Omiš, Klis, and many others throughout Central Dalmatia. NOTE: New photos will be posted during this year because of renovations and updates on the villa. The whole house and garden are at your disposal. There is a private parking lot in front of the villa where you can park 4 cars.
