The space ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY This 40m² apartment can accommodate up to 10 people but this will have an impact on your comfort. **I recommend you to be 5 people MAXIMUM if you wish to keep a minimum of personal space.** Some groups prefer to stay tighter, in order to stay together and pay less. In the end, it is up to you to decide what is the most important for you: comfort or conviviality ;) ---------- ACCOMMODATION LAYOUT The apartment, located on the 1st floor of residence Antarès, is laid out as follows : - A bedroom with 2 triple bunk beds - A living room with a sofa/double bed - A corner area with a double bed, separated from the living room by a curtain - A fully equipped kitchen - A bathroom with a bathtub - A toilet - A balcony ---------- WHAT IS RISOULSKI? RisoulSki is the name of the small structure that I created in Risoul to manage the 16 apartments that I own in the resort. Booking with RisoulSki is the guarantee of coming to someone who has been passionate about Risoul and the entire region for over 25 years :) ---------- YOUR ADVANTAGES BY BOOKING WITH RISOULSKI 1/ Reductions at Intersport in winter and summer, thanks to RisoulSki! - In winter: up to 50% (!) reduction on your ski equipment by booking online with the code given by RisoulSki which allows you to obtain an additional 10% reduction on the lowest price you see on the Intersport website, or 25% discount on public prices at the Intersport store if you prefer to wait until you are in Risoul and therefore not book in advance. - In summer: 10% reduction on all your rentals by showing your reservation with RisoulSki. - In winter and summer: 10% on every purchase in store. 2/ An apartment at the foot of the slopes, a RisoulSki guarantee! All RisoulSki apartments are at the foot of the slopes! No need to carry your skis: a connecting slope passes right in front of the residence, and gives you easy access to the ski area and the ski school meeting point. You can therefore put on and take off your skis in front of your residence! 3/ Free access to the swimming pool and sauna at the Antarès residence - The swimming pool and sauna are open daily during the winter and summer seasons, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. - During the 2025 summer season, the swimming pool and sauna will be open from June 28, 2025, to August 31, 2025, inclusive. - During the 2025/2026 winter season, the swimming pool and sauna will be open from December 13, 2025, to April 12, 2026, inclusive - Outside of these dates, the swimming pool and sauna will be closed. These facilities are therefore closed outside of the winter and summer seasons. - Access to these facilities is not determined by RisoulSki and may change at any time depending on measures, particularly health measures, decided by the authorities or the residence's management company. 4/ Super-equipped accommodation with many beds You will spend your stay in a modern, cozy and friendly apartment, which, I sincerely believe, has a soul. All my accommodations are designed in a practical and comfortable way: I have optimized the space to accommodate numerous beds, but also plenty of storage. One of the specific features of RisoulSki is to allow families or groups of friends to come together in the same apartment, whether it is because they want to be together or for financial reasons. ---------- WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE RESERVATION AT RISOULSKI 1/ Bed sheets and towels RisoulSki gives you the choice: - Either you bring your bed linen and towels with you (see apartment plan to find out the dimensions of the beds); - Either you rent it via RisoulSki: o €11 per single sheet kit o €14 per double sheet kit o €5 for a large towel o €8 for a kit of towels (one large and 2 small) 2/ End of stay cleaning Cleaning is not included in the price of the reservation, because we prefer to give you the choice, so as not to impose costs on you. - Either you do the cleaning yourself, and you must then return the apartment to RisoulSki in impeccable condition, as you received it on arrival. - Either you subscribe to the cleaning option for €80, via RisoulSki. You will then just need to clean the kitchen area, wash and put away the dishes, fold the duvets and put all the bedding back in its place, as well as take out the trash. 3/ Arrival before 5 p.m. and departure after 10 a.m. possible, optional At RisoulSki, check-in is from 5 p.m., and check-out must take place before 10 a.m., latest deadline. If you wish to use the apartment for longer, it is a priori possible (depending on availability), but it is extra, because this sometimes causes significant costs to RisoulSki, given that the cleaning company cannot collect all accommodations in the same residence and prepare them all at the same time. In addition, to be able to satisfy you, the cleaning team must frequently be reinforced. Here are the current prices: - Arrival at 3 p.m.: €40 - Arrival at 1 p.m.: €60 - Arrival at 11 a.m.: €80 - Departure at 12 p.m.: €40 - Departure at 2 p.m.: €60 - Departure at 4 p.m.: €80 ---------- EQUIPMENT OF A RISOULSKI APARTMENT All my apartments, managed by RisoulSki, have the following ultra-complete equipment: - Free WIFI - Electric heating - Super equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare good meals (cutlery, plates, pots, pans, oven dishes, wine, champagne, beer and water glasses), but also: dishwasher, microwave oven, classic oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette/pierrade machine and fondue machine, toaster, blender and citrus press. - Bedding: duvets, pillows, mattress protectors and/or mattress pads on each bed (all new bedding). Reminder: you must bring your own bed linen or rent it in advance via RisoulSki! - Numerous storage spaces, sockets and light points - Flat screen TV - Bluetooth speaker (remember to bring your Jack-Jack cable if necessary) - Cleaning products (everything is provided on site to make your stay easier: 2 rolls of toilet paper, household cleaner, anti-limescale, scouring cream, deodorizer, window cleaner, toilet gel, sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, cloth, mop, bucket, basin, broom, squeegee, mop, dustpan and brush) - Personal ski locker on level 0 of the residence, bearing the same number as that of your apartment And, if you are still missing something, just contact RisoulSki, and we will bend over backwards to please you as much as we can! ---------- YOUR ANTARÈS RESIDENCE - 4-star residence, super well maintained, one of the most recent and comfortable in Risoul 1850. - At the foot of the slopes: a connecting slope takes you directly to the ski area and the meeting point for ski lessons. - Perfect location, close to the first shops (open in winter and summer): grocery store, bread store, ski rental companies, bars and restaurants. - Station center (where other shops are located) just 5 minutes on foot. - Swimming pool and Sauna: open only during the winter and summer seasons (see the Tourist Office website for the exact dates of the tourist seasons). - 3 elevators. - Free WIFI throughout the residence. ---------- Guest access Arrival and departure are done independently. The keys are located in an electronic code box located on a chalet right in front of your residence. You can therefore arrive at the time you want, from 5 p.m. So even late in the evening or even in the middle of the night, which is super practical for everyone. Check-out must be done before 10 a.m., latest deadline. ---------- Other things to note 1/ Deposit of €300 A deposit of €300 must be secured by credit card BEFORE your arrival. The operation is carried out via the specialized third-party service Swikly, market leader and very serious. Airbnb of course allows me to secure the deposit via Swikly, and you can check this with Airbnb if you wish. The procedure is simple and quick: you will receive an email with a link to follow, 7 days before your arrival. The amount of €300 is not debited from your card, nor even blocked. This is a simple verification that you have this amount in your bank account. Thanks to Swikly, you are also better protected, because any direct debit request, if it must take place, must be justified on our part with photos, invoice and complete description. Thanks to Swikly, the host does not have complete power over your deposit (as is the case when a deposit is deposited in cash or taken on a credit card). And, in the event of disagreement, you can defend yourself, in particular thanks to your entry and exit inventory, which you can carry out online. For these different reasons, Swikly asks for a €6.78 service fee, which is the responsibility of my vacationers. Please note that I also pay fees to Swikly on my end. There is no other way to manage the deposit: neither cash, nor check, nor transfer, because it is the securing of your deposit on Swikly which automatically unlocks the sending of the code to collect your keys in the code box upon your arrival at the station. 2/ Inventory of entry and exit To facilitate your arrival and departure, you are the one who manages the inventory, using text and/or photos. The procedure, which will be explained to you later, is simple and easy to use, you will see. 3/ No breakfast or meals available I rent the apartments that belong to me, via my structure RisoulSki. I'm not a hotel person. 4/ Parking The residence does not have private parking, but there are many free spaces in the immediate vicinity, along the winding road leading to Antarès. Or paid covered parking in the center of the resort. In very high season, it is sometimes difficult to find a place, and you will then have to unload in front of the residence then park your vehicle elsewhere in the resort. 5/ Baby bed and chair on request I can provide you with a travel cot and a baby chair, if you request them. Please let me know as soon as possible as stock is limited. 6/ Pets admitted free of charge at RisoulSki RisoulSki has decided to allow your pets to be by your side during your vacation, at no extra cost. They nevertheless obviously remain under your full responsibility. 7/ Large groups Do not hesitate to contact RisoulSki! It is in fact possible to twin this apartment with other studios/apartments located in the same residence. ---------- OUT OF SEASON I offer my apartments and studios 365 days a year, even when the resort is closed. Indeed, RisoulSki welcomes nature lovers and workers in all seasons. The fact that my apartments are available for rental on the reservation platforms does not mean that the ski slopes are open, or even that the resort and its shops are. **Outside the winter and summer seasons, the residence's swimming pool and sauna are closed**. Out of season, shops and restaurants are also apparently all closed. Just do your shopping in the valley before going up to Risoul, and you will be independent to experience the essentials: the mountain, its landscapes and its breathtaking views just for you! It is preferable to contact the Risoul Tourist Office to have exact information on possible activities and available services, because, for example, there is often at least one restaurant open out of season, so it is It is important to check on your side before going up. ---------- SEE YOU SOON ?
