A FEW VERY IMPORTANT things you need to know before renting . There is reading but take a few minutes as many details are important to organize and make the most of your stay😉: Check-out time, end of stay cleaning, extra people, sheets , neighborhood and surroundings , respect for the neighborhood etc... -🙂Please know that we will always be there to best answer your questions throughout your stay so that you can have a pleasant holiday 🙂 ....... ✔️CHECK-INS: Notify 👉 us the day before your arrival before 7pm to agree on a check-in time the next day between 4pm and 6pm . For weekend rentals, the check-in day is on Friday nights . - Then, on the day of the rental, let us know 45 minutes before the very first arrivals. - If you know that you will not be able to respect the time from 4pm to 6pm , (Work obligation, etc . ) please let us know before validation of the rental. We may exceptionally receive you later as long as we are notified before the rental is validated.😉 In addition, check-ins must be before 8pm. ✅ when you arrive , please wait outside the cottage in the parking lot . ✅ Before I arrive at the property , please do not enter the cottage. However, the hot water is not inexhaustible; it is everyone's responsibility to ensure that they do not linger their shower time in order to guarantee the whole group . 👉Baby bathtub available. .............. ✔️OUR GITE 🏡: щ️ Gite not equipped PMR , but can receive a PMR if helped. - Children's and adults' play area: sandpit , trampoline, swings, slides, ping pong, foosball, volleyball court, bocce court ( Unlit) , electronic dart game inside. - The lot at the bottom of the cottage is fully fenced except for the private parking. .......... ✔️LET'S TALK ABOUT OUR ROOMS 🛌: The cottage has 6 bedrooms equipped with 7 new double beds in width 160 with memory shape mattresses. ( Mattresses and beds changed in 2022) 8 single beds in width 90. - A seventh bedroom is in the basement ( windowless ) with 2 single beds and has its refurbished en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower for 2 people. ✔️Our small chalet " dorm"🏡 for troubleshooting beds ( 20 m2 with floor of 18 m2 ) adjoining the main cottage has 12 beds . 2 bunk beds in 90 and 4 double beds in 140 . It is accessible from the outside on the way out and walking about 5 m . There is no sanitary or water in it , so the latter are accessible from the outside by taking a pebble driveway for 5 m to reach the basement of the main cottage. ( see arrangement of beds in "room details" on the site) - the cottage has a basement, a ground floor and a floor. 1 bathroom and 1 toilet per level . -THE FESTIVE ROOM OF THE BASEMENT: Party without disturbing the neighbors is possible HERE! ( With respect and moderation) 🥳 ATTENTION: even if the festive room is in the basement, the power of the music should not be excessive and disproportionate . Make sure to close the doors when you play loud music or when people go outside. The department of Ain has very varied landscapes: between misty marshes in the Bresse and the Dombes to the highest summits of the Du Jura O1 massif at the foot of the Pays de Gex and the Valserine , at an altitude of more than 1700 m. - Many activities within 10 minutes of the cottage: Downhill skiing when snow allows us, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, downhill mountain biking, tennis, via ferrata, climbing , deval' kart on the ski slopes in summer, swimming in lakes or under majestic waterfalls, canyoning, caving, paragliding, golf , adventure course in the fir trees and ziplines,horse, fishing, sled dogs, biathlon and outdoor ice rink ( Plateau de Retord) Casino and slot machines, reputable restaurants, beautiful viewpoints etc... Guest access 👉 Guests have access to the entire indoor/outdoor cottage and all the services: outdoor swimming pool heated all year round between 27° and 31°, jacuzzi, sauna, party room, etc. (Boiler technical room and pool not accessible) ......... Halloween, Christmas decorations, VEHICLE ⚡CHARGING⚡ Etc . ‼️ Please note, the cottage does not have special outlets or terminals for electric cars but a basic garden extension. 👉 You will therefore need to bring an adapter , an extension cord of at least 10 m or any other accessories to fit your car. щ️ the cottage operates to the maximum of its power⚡, we must be warned for all vehicles recharged at the cottage ❗ 💲The cost will be €20 per refill per vehicle 💲 ！ ️Attention, if we are not notified , any finding of vehicles in charge will be subject to a flat rate of €100 per vehicle for the full weekend. Relative quiet is appreciated during outdoor dining and almost total quiet must be respected from 10 p.m. outside. Thank you in advance 🙂 HALLOWEEN DECOR - from October 1st to November 30th the cottage is decorated for Halloween , nothing extreme but some decor may disturb: ghost, pumpkins, articulated skeleton and witch, tombs, enchanted paintings, spiders etc... 👉 some places will be intentionally darkened. In the ski room giving access to the dormitory chalet: ‼️hanging head, dismembered body, morbid, blood, crime scene, etc. ‼️ You rent the gîte with full knowledge. ‼️no decorations should be moved or removed. No morbid decor is present in the bedrooms, and living areas. CHRISTMAS DECOR: For Christmas , the cottage is decorated in early December and we make a large natural tree. ‼️ No Christmas decorations should be moved or removed ‼️ SHOPS - Supermarket located 3 minutes from the cottage by car ( Vival , cormaranche en Bugey ) - Carrefour Market and Aldi walk located 8 minutes from the gite by car in Hauteville Lompnes. - SNCF train stations 15 minutes by car from the cottage: Virieu-le-Grand Belley Tenay Hauteville Other things to note AT the MOUNTAIN GRAZING LODGE, enjoy it all! The constraint of departures before 10am that make you lose a day of rental , it's not with us! 🤩 When you rent 2 nights , you actually spend 2 full days and enjoy full days until you check out at 5pm! ( Except for exceptions due to filling in the calendar ) WEEKEND LOCATION: IN JULY , AUGUST , JANUARY and FEBRUARY , the rental is for the weekend " extended" over 3 days /3 nights at least and for groups of 16 people minimum. 👉If you want to rent only for one weekend , the price will be automatically revised and indexed at the price of 3 days /3 nights minimum in all cases . -Weekly rentals are scheduled for 5pm maximum . ( Unless exceptional unavailability due to rental already validated ) -In high summer/winter season weekly rentals are Monday 11am to the following Sunday before 5pm and for groups of 10 people minimum. ( Unless available ) - For rent from Monday to Thursday of the high season (February, July, August, check-in is between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and check-out before 5 p.m. for a minimum of 15 people; please note, if less than 15 people, the price will be revised with a special offer. Of course, the rental days can be adapted according to the calendar. All schedules are subject to change based on availability and will be notified in writing on the Airbnb website chat box. Only infants under 2 years old are free. ...... We require that you be notified in the event of a rental for: EVG, EVJF , men's group or group under 30 years old . A cash deposit of €500 in cash will be requested upon arrival at the cottage and returned upon your departure. If the deposit is paid by bank transfer, it must be credited to our account one day before your arrival. You'll need to send us your bank account details. Any group that has not notified us before booking may be refused entry on the day of the rental without a refund. We do not accept deposit checks. ....... Temperature in the cottage: the gîte is heated between 19° and 22°. Please make sure to: close the doors (be careful of some forces), lower the shutters and pull the fabric curtains in winter at nightfall. ❗ Bedroom 2 Bugiste and a cool bedroom intended for those who don't get cold.
